The Haitian Carnival just took place with thousands of people parading in joyful celebration. People took to the streets, celebrating a sense of belonging. Ankal Inc assembled a team and delivered 3,000 condoms to individuals and hospitals alike.
Ankal Inc distributed 1,000 condoms in the early mornings of Carnival, spreading an idea — namely that opportunities arise when people are presented with a different perspective. Ankal Inc wanted to help each Haitian think and rationalize about the benefits of safer sex and a healthier lifestyle .

Ankal Inc talked to seven Hospital Directors in order to establish a secure and efficient way to give out 2,000 condoms to patients and anyone in need. The meetings were received with warmth, as Ankal Inc spread the reason behind the organization’s decision to get involved in Haiti.
All in all, Ankal Inc put forth a vision for a better future — one in which people could live with the knowledge that there is an institution looking out for their welfare, providing opportunities and resources for the seeding of safety and the birthing of a healthy society and culture.
